Shipping & Returns


We ship using UPS and the USPS five days a week. All orders received before Noon during the workweek will be shipped the same day (providing item(s) is (are) in stock). All packages will be shipped regular ground unless otherwise specified. Any additional charges (i.e., change of address, incorrect/incomplete address, residential vs. commercial, extended area service charge) will be charged to your account.

Back Orders

Any item not currently in stock will be listed as backordered. These items will be shipped as soon as available.


Please do NOT return merchandise without a Return Authorization (RA) number. You may phone 1-800-927-4353 or 765/345-5590 or E-mail to to receive an RA number. Please have customer number, invoice number, and reason for returning when contacting.
Special order items or items made and/or altered to your specifications are not stock items and may not be returned. If merchandise is being returned for reasons other than error on our part there will be a 20% re-stocking fee subtracted from the credit issued. Credit will be in the form of replacement for defective merchandise or credit to your account. No returns will be authorized after 120 days from invoice date. The customer is responsible for freight on all returns.

Saddle Returns

If you are not satisfied with the fit of your new saddle, return it unused immediately. Full credit is given only on saddles that show no signs of wear.


Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Call if there is any discrepancy between shipping invoice and contents of package/order. All shipments are fully insured. Claims for loss or damage during shipment must be made directly to the carrier.
